The Franchise Sales Manager - UAE will focus on expanding BFT's footprint within the Emirates by selling individual franchise studios and supporting local investors through the pre-sales process. The role demands strong sales capabilities, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the UAE fitness and franchise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales for individual BFT studios in the UAE.
Generate new qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, and local business connections.
Present the BFT model, financials, and operational benefits to potential franchisees.
Coordinate discovery calls, investor meetings, and site visits.
Work closely with BFT MENA's Franchise Support and Operations teams to ensure seamless handover after deal closure.
Keep the CRM updated with accurate data and follow-up timelines.
Participate in franchise expos, fitness events, and investor summits across the UAE.
Ensure adherence to BFT MENA's brand communication and sales protocols.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 3 years' experience in franchise sales or business development within the UAE.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with UAE commercial processes and investor behaviors.
Strong presentation and networking abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Number of studios sold.
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
Lead conversion rate.
Speed of deal closure.
Quality of investor engagement.
