Job Description
Our Perfumes Expert is responsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards and is responsible for giving perfume advice to their clients and guiding them through perfumes. Summary of Key Responsibilities
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Attend to customers visiting the shop, initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advice on the available products, pay attention to the customers\xe2\x80\x99 tastes, and close the sale to reach sales targets and render the customer happy.
- Work regularly on merchandising to create the best display of products and the nicest visual ambiance in the store needed to boost sales. To achieve this, you will have to replenish stocks as often as required, think of pushing the slow-moving items, establishing a good balance between new and old collections, a good balance between full retail priced items and discounted items, and all other ways you might think of to maximize the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business.
- Meet and greet the customers courteously, give them the requested level of product information, and customer assistance, build solid long-time relationships with returning customers, and provide personalized service.
- Maintain an up-to-date database on customers visiting the store; communicate to the customers all information regarding the special offers, sales, promotions, events... to maximize the business goals of the Company.
- Update product knowledge through personal readings, following the latest trends around the world to be able to provide confident and relevant advice to customers.
- Gather market intelligence and competition information to be aware of what\xe2\x80\x99s happening around your brand, learn about your competitors, and stay ahead of it.
- Reach sales targets.
- Tik Tok Creators (With good appearance have an idea about making their own videos and publishing to attract a good customer base)
- Write consistent sales reports.
- Feedback on best sellers, worst sellers, and lost sales.
- Work regularly on merchandising.
- Perfect level of customer service, and feedback on customer satisfaction.
- Perfect level of product knowledge.
- Display good team spirit.
- Good knowledge of fashion trends around the world.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Perfectly groomed in-store.
- Graduate in business management from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, quality & accuracy.
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the beauty industry experience creating guest experiences within the luxury fragrance field What we can offer you with us you will turn your aspirations into reality.
