Job description Our Perfumes Expert is responsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards and is responsible for giving perfume advice to their clients and guiding them through perfumes. Summary of Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Attend to customers visiting the shop, initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advice on the available products, pay attention to the customers\xe2\x80\x99 tastes, and close the sale to reach sales targets and render the customer happy. \xc2\xb7 Work regularly on merchandising to create the best display of products and the nicest visual ambiance in the store needed to boost sales. To achieve this, you will have to replenish stocks as often as required, think of pushing the slow-moving items, establishing a good balance between new and old collections, a good balance between full retail priced items and discounted items, and all other ways you might think of to maximize the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business. \xc2\xb7 Meet and greet the customers courteously, give them the requested level of product information, and customer assistance, build solid long-time relationships with returning customers, and provide personalized service. \xc2\xb7 Maintain an up-to-date database on customers visiting the store; communicate to the customers all information regarding the special offers, sales, promotions, events... to maximize the business goals of the Company. \xc2\xb7 Update product knowledge through personal readings, following the latest trends around the world to be able to provide confident and relevant advice to customers. \xc2\xb7 Gather market intelligence and competition information to be aware of what\xe2\x80\x99s happening around your brand, learn about your competitors, and stay ahead of it.
