FP&A Executive - Fragrance & Beauty (Middle East)

As the FP&A Executive for Fragrance & Beauty in the Middle East, you will play a key role in supporting CHANEL's financial performance and strategy. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will help translate business goals into actionable financial plans and analyses. You will collaborate closely with the Finance team and business partners to deliver robust reporting, accurate forecasts, and smart analytics--ensuring effective, data-driven decision-making in a dynamic luxury environment. Your proactive mindset and attention to detail will help elevate the team's impact and support operational excellence.
The Impact You Can Make

In this role, you will elevate CHANEL's financial visibility, helping drive sustainable and qualitative growth. By supporting management with actionable insights, you will empower leaders to make informed, forward-looking business decisions.
You WillUpdate monthly sales dashboards and ensure the accuracy of data reported to the European consolidation team Assist the Financial Controller during budget and closing preparation, as well as with data reporting Regularly prepare and communicate expense follow-ups for the Fragrance & Beauty division (including promotion, travel, etc.) Consolidate investment projects and ensure timely invoice receipt, in coordination with the Architecture department Support the FP&A Manager during annual retail inventories and perform occasional cycle counts for existing boutiques Assist new boutique retail teams by implementing retail procedures, stock count schedules, and training about best practices Monitor compliance with internal retail procedures in Fragrance & Beauty boutiques Support the FP&A Manager with ad hoc financial analysis, presentations, and reports to assist division stakeholders in business decisions

What You Bring to the TeamA university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar analytical finance roles, ideally in the luxury, retail, or FMCG sector. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong Excel knowledge and high proficiency financial modeling; familiarity with reporting and BI tools (Power BI, Power Query, or similar analytics platforms) is a plus. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across functions. Alignment with CHANEL's values: sincerity, humility, efficiency, and collaboration. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
