A leading F&B/Fun Foods company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join its growing customer service team. This role focus on assisting customers, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving Issues: Handling complaints and providing solutions to customer problems.
Product Knowledge: Understanding products and services to assist customers effectively. (F&B UAE Experience is a must)
Order Processing: Managing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborating: Working with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintaining Professionalism: Ensuring a positive customer experience through patience, empathy, and clear communication.
Excellent communication skills in English
ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
