The Company
Robert Half are working with a multinational engineering business in order to find a strong FP&A Manager.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

• Work with business heads and local finance teams to build.

• their annual budgets
• periodic financial forecasts
• Long term financial plans and lookahead
• Help develop and monitor appropriate KPI's for financial performance
• Build financial models
• Produce analysis and commentary on business performance and results
• Identify and understand business challenges, propose and work on solutions
• Prepare financial business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Perform work on special projects
• Support the implementation of business intelligence tools

The Candidate
Specific Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Relevant industry experience (project or contracts type business)
• Has prepared budgets / forecasts for multiple business units and legal entities, across multiple geographies and currencies.
• Strong commercial understanding
• Relevant professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGMA)
• Bachelors degree.
• Significant analytical skills
• Able to solve complex problems
• Expert in Excel modelling
• Expert in preparing executive level presentations and reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
