FP&A Senior Manager - MAF Properties Financial Planning Dubai
Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is hiring a seasoned FP&A Senior Manager to lead CAPEX financial planning and analysis for the Asset Management Business Unit (AMBU). This role is critical for driving capital planning, project oversight, and finance transformation initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and Finance functions. You'll also serve as a Coupa super user and support automation, system improvements, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual CAPEX budgeting, rolling forecasts, and capital allocation planning for AMBU
• Monitor operational CAPEX performance, identify cash flow risks, and drive resource prioritization aligned with corporate strategy
• Collaborate with Global Services teams to manage procurement, fixed assets, and project tracking
• Provide financial insight through monthly reports, variance analysis, and CAPEX KPI dashboards
• Serve as key liaison for Oracle and Coupa system usage, including budget uploads, project lifecycle support, and automation initiatives
• Oversee CAPEX cross charges, hotel and FF&E commitments, and compliance with financial controls
• Support policy-aligned asset verification and management for AMBU properties
• Act as a transformation leader in finance systems and workflow efficiency, including Coupa ownership and training delivery to business units

Candidate Requirements

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) highly preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, capital projects, or planning roles
• Prior exposure to large corporate finance environments with complex project portfolios
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion (HFM), Yardi, or similar financial systems
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business goals into actionable financial planning
