FP&A Senior Manager | MAF Properties | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
This role manages CAPEX FP&A for the AMBU Business Unit, including operational CAPEX, and acts as a consultant to Global Services in IT, Procurement, and Finance. Key responsibilities include CAPEX oversight, procurement and AP support, cash target management, Coupa system expertise, and fixed asset handling. The role also drives continuous transformation and works closely with stakeholders across AMBU, Corporate Finance, PMBU, GS, and development teams.
ROLE PROFILE

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Leads capital allocation planning, budgeting, and forecasting for AMBU, ensuring accurate rolling forecasts and identifying cash risks and opportunities.
• usiness Partnering: Collaborates with stakeholders on allocation management, budget tracking in Oracle, and supports prioritization of projects in line with strategic goals.
• Project Oversight: Participates in PCR meetings, reviews project statuses, supports balance sheet forecasting, and acts as a key liaison between Business and Global Services (GS).
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepares monthly management reports, conducts variance analysis, and provides insight into leasing CAPEX, cash KPIs, and ad hoc CAPEX reviews.
• GS Financial Coordination: Reviews work-in-progress (WIP) reports and accruals, manages project creation and budget loading, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Support & Process Improvement: Provides training and support to GS teams, drives automation, improves systems, and translates business needs into actionable GS tasks.
• Asset & Hotel Management: Oversees CAPEX cross charges, FF&E commitments, asset disposals, and ensures policy-aligned physical verification.
• Transformation & Coupa Ownership: Leads automation and transformation initiatives, especially Coupa-related projects, acting as the AMBU super user and one-point contact.

• Professional qualification such as CPA / CMA /ACCA etc., is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience working in Projects and planning areas
• Exposure to FP&A and strategic planning responsibilities in reasonably large corporates.
• Tool implementation experience and exposure to accounting tools such as Oracle fusion, HFM and Yardi
• Working knowledge and application of local and international financial standards e.g., IFRS etc. and taxation.
