Job Description



We are looking for a talented and experienced Joinery Foreman/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the joinery industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing our workshop team.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of the joinery factory (woodwork, painting, polishing, assembly, etc.).

Supervise and manage the joinery team (carpenters, painters, polishers, and helpers) in the workshop and/or project site

Ensure production timeline, quality standard and safety procedures.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications to guide production.

Collaborate with client, designer, and contractor to resolve technical issues.

Requirements



Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as Foreman/Supervisor in Joinery works

Matric / Intermediate is essential; Technical diploma is a plus

Strong knowledge of joinery works, wood finishing, painting, and polishing

Familiar with machinery and joinery tools

Ability to read drawings and to prepare cutting lists is a must

Good understanding of joinery materials (wood, veneer, laminates, hardware, etc.), manufacturing processes, and installation techniques

Able to communicate in English

Preferred



UAE Driving License (Reliably commute). Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and other local authority processes.
