Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Foreman (Site Supervisor) to oversee daily site operations and ensure the successful execution of high-end interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and finishing works, with the ability to manage teams, interpret drawings, and maintain quality control on-site. You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors and workers, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site works including carpentry, joinery, gypsum, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor site progress and coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors and labour teams Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to the Project Manager promptly Ensure proper use of materials and prevent wastage Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site logs and progress reports Ensure all site activities are documented (photos, reports, updates) Assist in preparing snag lists and follow up until completion
Safety & Compliance:

Enforce health and safety regulations on-site at all times Ensure workers use PPE and follow proper procedures Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations
Team Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact for workers and subcontractors on-site Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials Support the design team during site visits and coordinate last-minute adjustments or instructions

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision (UAE preferred) Strong knowledge of interior finishing, materials, and site processes Ability to read and interpret architectural, ID, and MEP drawings Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic English communication (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus) UAE driving license is preferred

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
