Loading of the jobs based on complexity and criticality.
Lead team of foreman printing to execute daily printing schedule.
Allocate manpower to various machines based on machine loading.
Liaise with Prepress and process department to ensure that plates are ready as per the given schedule.
Maintain consistent quality and productivity across all the machines.
Train Operators on standard procedures for machine set-up, operation, maintenance, completed job preparation and work order tracking.
Ensure that operators follow all laid down health and safety measures in order to avoid workplace accidents.
Motivate the production staff to ensure maximum productivity.
Liaise with the finishing department to start finishing operations simultaneously.
Coordinate with maintenance department for pending maintenance work, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance in order maintains the machines fully operational condition.
