Supervise and coordinate production/manufacturing activities on-site
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and labor
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Assist in planning and scheduling production activities
