to oversee our event and exhibition projects. The Production Manager will lead production operations, supervise project coordinators, ensure quality control, and work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver stands, kiosks, branding, and event builds on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee
all production activities
related to exhibitions, kiosks, and branding projects.
Supervise
project coordinators
and assign project responsibilities.
Ensure
quality checks
at every stage of production (printing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and finishing).
Coordinate with Procurement, Store, and Logistics to ensure material availability.
Monitor project timelines, resolve production issues, and report progress to the
Operations Manager
.
Maintain safety standards, ensure proper use of equipment, and manage staff productivity.
Approve mock-ups, final checks, and oversee
on-site installation & dismantling
when required.
Work closely with Sales & Design teams to align production with client expectations.
Develop cost-effective solutions and minimize waste in materials and manpower.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Production Manager / Workshop Manager
in exhibitions, events, printing, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of
exhibition stand fabrication, carpentry, electrical, painting, and graphics production
.
Excellent
project management
and
team leadership
skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/3D design basics is an advantage.
Education & Experience
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in exhibitions/events/printing production.
