Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated

Shoring/Piling Foreman

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the UAE

working on shoring and piling projects, with strong leadership skills and technical know-how in deep foundation and ground improvement works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead piling and shoring teams on-site to ensure efficient execution of all operations. Coordinate with engineers, equipment operators, and laborers to execute work as per approved method statements and drawings. Manage daily activities related to shoring, anchoring, piling, and excavation support systems. Ensure work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance. Prepare daily reports on work progress, manpower, and equipment usage. Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays. Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity among the workforce.

Requirements

Minimum

10 years of UAE experience

in shoring and piling works. Strong knowledge of construction methods, piling equipment, and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction specifications. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Physically fit and willing to work under site conditions. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
