Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors.
Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and schedules.
Provide leadership, training, and support to team members.
Report progress and site issues to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman (construction/maintenance/industrial).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a multicultural, resource-limited environment.
