About the Role
We are seeking a
hands-on, multi-skilled Foreman
to oversee and actively participate in renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. This role requires strong technical knowledge, practical ability, and team leadership.Fluency in Tagalog language is required
to communicate effectively with site workers and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and workers. Carry out renovation tasks personally when needed (carpentry, painting, tiling, plumbing, electrical basics). Ensure projects are delivered on time and up to quality standards. Interpret and follow technical drawings and layouts. Report project updates to management and coordinate with clients. Uphold safety standards on site.
Requirements
Experience as a
Foreman in Dubai/GCC renovation projects
. Skilled in multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical finishing). Ability to work independently and with your own hands.Fluency in Tagalog language
Strong communication and leadership skills. UAE driving license is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
