Job Title: Foreman-Interior Decoration/Fit Out
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fit-Out Foreman to join our interior decoration team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in supervising high-quality fit-out and finishing works in residential, commercial, or retail projects within the UAE.

*Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and workers. Ensure all interior decoration, joinery, and fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress reporting. Read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans accurately. Coordinate material delivery and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources on site. Communicate effectively with project engineers, designers, and clients as needed.
*Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, painting, tiling, partitions, ceilings, and other interior finishing activities. Ability to read technical drawings and manage teams independently. Good understanding of UAE building codes and site safety procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Experience:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as Fit Out Foreman.
*Should be available in UAE and ready for Immediate joining.

Salary: 2500-4500 AED Depends upon experience.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
