Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in infrastructure or construction projects.
Hands-on experience with various infrastructure projects such as roadworks, bridges, utilities, and other large-scale construction projects.
Experience managing teams and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards specific to infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with construction equipment and tools, including their maintenance and proper use.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and infrastructure work.
Experience implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools for tracking project progress and managing resources.
Basic understanding of cost estimation and budget management.
Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and infrastructure projects.
Experience ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
