Job Description
1. Site Supervision
Oversee day-to-day site activities for finishing works (plaster, painting, tiling, carpentry, false ceiling, MEP finishing coordination, etc.). Supervise general construction activities including concreting, blockwork, and structural support tasks. Ensure tradesmen and laborers are performing work correctly and efficiently.
2. Coordination & Planning
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow. Allocate manpower, tools, and materials according to project priorities. Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
3. Quality Control
Ensure finishing works meet approved samples, quality standards, and client specifications. Conduct inspections and highlight any rework requirements immediately. Verify levels, alignment, and workmanship standards across all finishing trades.
4. Safety Compliance
Enforce company safety rules, PPE usage, and safe working practices. Identify site hazards and report them promptly. Participate in toolbox talks and maintain a safe work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
