Job Description

Foreman (Fitout)

-Supervise all interior fit-out works including site labor, materials, quality control, and coordination with clients and management

- Interpret drawings, specifications, material finishes and construction details with high attention to accuracy

- Review and manage designs in line with technical standards and construction procedures

- Execute setting out plans based on approved drawings

- ensure precision and efficiency in all on-site tasks and respond effectively to site demands

- Oversee fit-out tasks such as built-in cupboards, kitchen installations and detailed joinery works

- Coordinate and monitor civil, architectural, HVAC, electrical and MEP related works

- Supervise plumbing and sanitary systems including fire alarms, detection systems and fire protection installations

- Mange fire safety systems including fire alarms, detection systems and fire protection installations

- Apply comprehensive knowledge of commercial and office fit-out projects

- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management

- Lead and supervise multiple technical teams (carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, low-voltage technicians)

- Maintain strict control over project quality and time schedules
