Job Description
We are hiring experienced
Electrical Foremen
to manage and supervise electrical installation works on high-rise and commercial building sites. The role requires a hands-on leader who can guide technicians, ensure quality, and meet daily targets.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide electricians and helpers on-site. Oversee installation of conduit, cabling, lighting, DBs, panels, and related systems. Coordinate with site engineers to understand drawings and execution requirements. Ensure adherence to DEWA and local authority standards. Monitor material usage and report requirements. Conduct initial inspections prior to QA/QC and consultant approvals.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of UAE experience in electrical site supervision. Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and inspection preparation. Ability to read electrical drawings and manage teams.
