Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards Monitor productivity, quality, and timelines Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment Enforce health, safety, and site regulations
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a similar foreman role Relevant technical qualification or trade certification Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans Good communication and problem-solving skills GCC experience (preferred, if applicable)Salary & Benefits
