Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

Oversee and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, or crew members. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency. Conduct daily briefings to communicate work plans, priorities, and safety instructions.

Project Execution:

Interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings to guide project activities. Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Manage tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and procedures on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards. Train and educate workers on safety protocols and best practices.

Coordination and Communication:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Provide regular progress updates and address any issues or delays. Resolve conflicts or disputes among team members or subcontractors promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of attendance, work hours, and material usage. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in [industry]. Strong knowledge of [industry-specific tools, equipment, and procedures]. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical documents. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Educational Requirements:
