Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced
Foreman for Decoration Installation (Weddings & Events)
to manage and execute decoration projects efficiently and with the highest quality standards.:
Supervise and oversee decoration installation and dismantling (indoor & outdoor). Organize and monitor work progress on-site while ensuring compliance with design drawings. Manage and assign tasks to the workforce to achieve the highest quality. Ensure proper use of materials and tools while minimizing waste. Coordinate with engineers and contractors to deliver projects on time. Monitor quality and resolve any technical issues on-site.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in decoration and finishing works (experience in weddings & events is preferred). Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent team management and quality control skills. Strong commitment to deadlines and precision in execution.Job Type: Full-time
