The candidate will be responsible for supervising interior decoration and fit-out projects including gypsum, painting, carpentry, flooring, ceilings, and electrical coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Manage teams of technicians, carpenters, painters, and electricians.
Coordinate with designers and engineers to maintain quality and schedule.
Prepare and review material requests and daily progress reports.
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
Inspect and finalize finishing works to meet luxury project standards.
Participate in preparing
quotations and pricing offers
for
residential villas and commercial decoration projects
.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior decoration and fit-out projects in the UAE or GCC.
Strong technical knowledge in joinery, paint, gypsum, and MEP coordination.
Proven experience in
cost estimation, quantity surveying, and preparing project quotations
.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
Good communication skills in Arabic or English.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
