Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of carpentry works.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
Train and guide junior carpenters on proper methods and safe practices.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.
Maintain daily reports, material requests, and project documentation.
Enforce workplace safety rules and site cleanliness.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a foreman or lead carpenter.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Physical stamina and ability to work on-site.
