Foreman (carpenter Civil Maintenance)
Job Description
Valid UAE Driving license
1. Identifying and repairing damaged or defective carpentry related requirements. Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent future carpentry problems.
2. Knowledge in Building frameworks, partitions, and other structural elements using wood and other materials.
3. Demonstrates proficiency in materials consumption, operating various tools, equipment's and machineries
4. Hand-on troubleshooting of site related issues.
5. Dedicate to be stand-by crew on 24/7 to attend emergency call out duties.
6. Ability to Learn and use various systems of the company to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
7. Following established safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and using personal protective equipment.
8. Ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.
9. Working with other maintenance staff, contractors, and other professionals as needed. Skills and Qualifications:
Carpentry Skills
: Proficiency in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finishing, and installation.Tool Proficiency
: Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and clients.Driving License.
:Valid UAE Driving license
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience in a facility maintenance or similar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 per month

UAE Driving license (Preferred)
