Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Event Foreman to join our dynamic team. The role involves supervising and coordinating event setup and dismantling, managing on-site workers, and ensuring smooth execution of all technical and logistical aspects of each event.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate event setup, installation, and dismantling activities.
Supervise event team, decorators, and logistics staff on-site.
Ensure all event elements (lighting, staging, seating, etc.) are installed according to plan.
Coordinate with event planners, production team, and suppliers for timely delivery and installation.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot issues on-site to ensure event flow runs smoothly.
Manage tools, materials, and equipment used for setup.
Provide clear instructions and maintain a professional working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor, preferably in events, exhibitions, or hospitality.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of event setup logistics, electrical, carpentry, and structural work is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
Valid Qatar ID, Driver's License and transferable visa preferred.
