Job Description
Role Description This full-time on-site role in Dubai is for a Foreign Exchange Compliance Officer. The role involves ensuring that all foreign exchange transactions are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Daily tasks may include conducting compliance audits, developing and implementing compliance protocols, and advising management on relevant regulations and requirements. Main Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in Foreign exchange and international Business transactions
- knowledge and understanding of the current Exchange Control Act and the Foreign Exchange Regulations
- Can work under pressure without compromising quality of work output
- Monitor, analyze, inspect, reconcile and investigate all imports and exports as required under the Exchange Control Regulations
- Monitor compliance and investigate non-compliance on all payments
- Accurate and timely presentation of inflow and outflow report on weekly basis
- Accurate and timely submission of monthly activity reports.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in finance, accounting, law, or a related field
- At least two or more years\xe2\x80\x99 clerical and/or senior level experience in foreign exchange compliance and knowledge of international foreign exchange regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess information, identify problems, and develop solutions
- Awareness of regulatory compliance issues and risks associated with foreign exchange transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
