The Candidate:

We are currently seeking a Full-time

Football Academy Manager

to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting coaching sessions for children of all ability levels.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete necessary planning and preparation prior to each session and collaborate with other coaches/colleagues as required. Deliver positive, fun, and safe coaching sessions. Ensure the safeguarding and protection of all children. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Ensure the academy operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Develop relationships with local schools, clubs, and organizations to collaborate on player development initiatives. Increase participation Participation Analysis Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, registrations, payment collect and equipment management.

Job Requirements

Minimum UAEFA B Coaching Proven experience as an Academy Manager. Proven Experience managing a team of people Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector Experience working with students aged 3-16 years An enhanced CRB/DBS check Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate First Aid qualified Good communication and organisational skills. UAE Driving Licence Proficient in MS Office Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and other members of staff Ability to understand the learning process and training principles Ability to motivate and assist children to develop new skills safely
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
