We are seeking a driven and experienced Academy Manager to lead our expanding operations in Qatar. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the GCC market, a passion for education, and the ambition to scale a high-performing academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily academy operations and ensure excellence in program delivery
Lead and mentor a diverse team of coaches and staff
Drive strategic growth and expansion of the academy across Qatar and the wider GCC
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and develop the academy's clientele base
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to align academy goals with organizational vision
Requirements:
Proven experience in academy or training center management within the GCC
Strong leadership, business development, and operational skills
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus
Immediate availability preferred
Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and education sector dynamics
