Monitoring of raw materials in processing department before they were used in production and ensuring they were of good quality and ensuring processing steps were followed as required by formulations in the system.
Preparation and report writing for products checked during taste panels.
Register, report and appraise corrective actions to the Food Safety Services Manager;
Internal Audits.
Stock Management.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience.
Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Nutrition or related field.
