QC Hygiene Officer
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor hygiene practices across the production facility in line with food safety standards.
Conduct routine lab testing for raw materials, finished products, and water quality.
Maintain accurate documentation of hygiene audits, lab results, and corrective actions.
Work closely with the QC and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Report and follow up on non-conformities related to hygiene and lab outcomes.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a food industry QC/lab environment.
Strong understanding of GMP and food hygiene practices.
Hands-on experience in basic microbiological testing.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours when required.
