Job Description

Have experience in uae as food safety officer

Ensure compliance with

local and international food safety regulations

(e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000). Conduct

regular inspections

of kitchens, food storage areas, and service points. Develop and implement

food safety and hygiene policies and procedures

. Train staff on

proper food handling, personal hygiene

, and

sanitation practices

. Monitor

temperature control

, food labeling, and storage standards. Investigate

food safety incidents

and take corrective/preventive actions. Maintain accurate

documentation and audit records

for inspections and certifications. Liaise with

health authorities

during inspections and ensure compliance with their requirements. Ensure the

cleaning and sanitization schedules

are followed effectively. Support in implementing and maintaining a

HACCP system

or equivalent food safety management system.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
