Implementing systems on site and conducting checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
Ensuring that food handlers observe and follow systems in place
Overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
Following and enforcing all sanitation procedures in the central kitchen
Monitoring all workstations and dressing procedures in the central kitchen
Creating checklists that the site can adhere to during food safety checks
Ensuring Food Hygiene and Sanitation SOP's at all production areas, dishwashing utilities, receiving and storage areas
Conducting daily inspection regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production, storage areas etc.
Implmentation of pest management program
Conducting in house audits
Coordinating with engineering department to implement preventive and corrective maintenance
Solving any problems/issues related to food safety
