Job Responsibilities:
- implements, improves the organization and optimizes technological processes of own production;
- prepares proposals for expanding the range and improving quality.
- organizes operational control over the rational use of raw materials, products, compliance with the rules of the technology of making dishes and products;
- develops, approves and implements documents: technical conditions, technological instructions, block diagrams of technological processes, description of final products, risk analysis, laboratory tests, samples of products of own production, etc.
- calculates production recipes and determines the parameters and regimes of the technological process;
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience as a technologist in the relevant field;
- higher education, majoring in food production engineering.
- knowledge of legislative acts regarding product quality and safety;
- knowledge of standards, regulations and instructions in force in the bakery and confectionery industry;
- to be able to determine economic efficiency.
