'Warranty Executive for Automobile industry' required for a reputed group in Muscat, Oman.
Education: Diploma in Automobile eng or equivalent Experience: 5+ years in automobile industry handling warranty Age: Below 40 Nationality: Any Skills Required:-- Handles all Warranty/Goodwill claims as per manufactures and company guidelines & policies. . Makes sure that all required documents are complete and the explanations are clear to understand for internal Auditors. Provides Reports to Service Manager and highlight potential risks for the company. . Control the time units of warranty jobs and all clocking. . Prepare and process warranty claims for submissions to principles through warranty system and within the stipulated number of submission days. . Responsible for labelling warranty tagged and upkeep of warranty/goodwill parts and its disposal according to principle Guidelines. . Knowledge of Global warranty systems and claim submission to principles Strong Communication skills are must
