Monitor and ensure that productivity, safety and quality standards are met
Supervise all operations and activities carried out in the 3 production shifts.
Develop continuous improvement procedures for productive and operational tasks that standardize the work of the three supervisors.
Carry out planning, management and control of the weekly, monthly, and annual production forecast and propose deviation actions.
Continuously interact with area managers/coordinators to analyze key production issues
Cross productive needs with maintenance, requiring addition to the corrective and preventive plan as required
Technically evaluate the equipment and process in search of efficiency and increased productivity
Plan improvements that benefit production, standardize tasks, and seek continuous improvement in the sector.

Job Requirements
Academic training: Food or Industrial Engineering
Experience: At least 3 years in similar tasks, in the food industry (Mandatory)
Management of food production processes
Indicator management
Safety and hygiene regulations/HACCP/
