The Food Hygiene Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained across our catering operations in compliance with UAE regulations and internal protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in food hygiene within a
catering or hospitality environment
In-depth knowledge of
HACCP
principles and UAE food safety regulations
Certification in
Food Safety / HACCP
(Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to hygiene control
Excellent communication and inspection reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce food safety standards across all catering operations
Conduct regular inspections and hygiene audits
Train kitchen and service staff on food safety protocols
Liaise with local authorities and ensure legal compliance
Maintain accurate hygiene records and documentation
