Job Overview:
We are in the lookout for a suitable candidate in the capacity of a Cost Controller for one of our clients. S/he will oversee the entire will be responsible for the overall cost control process including the menu engineering, inventory managing, system development, management of invoice team and validation of the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end closing.

Job Requirements:
xc2xb7 Qualified accountant from a recognized institution with at least 5 years of experience,
xc2xb7 Min 2 years of working experience in UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Control over the food and beverage costs.
- Limit the wastage through control over ordering and production process.
- Perform menu engineering.
- Maintain firm control over stock receipt and issue processes.
- Ensure that scales are correct up to the standard quality in the receiving section.
- Communicate and help in resolving any discrepancies regarding the invoice or stock with the Procurement department.
- Ensure inventory is properly accounted for in the system.
- Coordinate the stock counts and analyze results highlighting the discrepancies in opening, transfers, consumed and closing stocks.
- Perform outlet audits as per the agreed upon plans with the Finance team.
- Preparation and validation monthly cost of goods sold for all the divisions.
- Preparation of ad hoc reports for different departments.
- Maintain master data for raw material/menu item in the system.
- Coordinate with IT team for the system development as per the requirement.
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Salary: AED 9000-9500 + Standard benefits as per UAE law
