The Food & Beverage Manager will assist and support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial targets through day-to-day control of the F&B Department. The role ensures that food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction are maintained in line with company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, banquets, and catering functions. Spend at least 75% of working hours on the floor during meal service interacting with members, guests, and clients. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue enhancement. Plan menus, control food costs, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Supervise staffing, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with HACCP, QHSE, and health & safety standards. Monitor stock levels, vendor coordination, and inventory control. Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service. Prepare and submit periodic operational and financial reports. Foster teamwork, staff motivation, and professional work culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
.Minimum 8 years' experience
in F&B / Hospitality Management. Proven expertise in cost control, budgeting, and operations management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual (English & Arabic)
