Job Description

The F&B Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through new business channels for the restaurant company. This role combines market research, strategic planning, sales, and relationship management to support the expansion and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Expansion & Strategy



Identify new market opportunities for brand growth, including franchise development, new outlet locations, delivery channels, and catering services. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, consumer trends, and emerging markets. Develop and execute short and long-term business development strategies aligned with company goals.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Drive sales through B2B and B2C partnerships, corporate deals, and event catering. Set and meet sales targets and KPIs to increase restaurant revenue and brand visibility.

Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, mall management, corporate partners, and delivery platforms. Represent the restaurant brand in meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.

Brand Development



Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote new products, services, and campaigns. Recommend promotional strategies and packages to attract new business.

Franchise & Licensing Opportunities



Explore and pitch franchise or licensing opportunities locally and internationally (if applicable). Prepare business presentations and investment proposals for potential partners.

Reporting & Analysis



Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and ROI on initiatives. Monitor and analyze business performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B business development or sales (restaurant experience preferred). Proven track record in driving business growth and meeting sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiar with UAE F&B market trends, regulations, and competition (or specific region).
