Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior HR Manager
with a proven background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to lead and oversee the human resources function across all branches of Aaraamam.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR role within the F&B or hospitality industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance. Proven success in managing HR functions for multi-branch operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operations.Job Type: Full-time
