As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily service operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring a consistent guest dining experience. You will support leadership by maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across restaurant and bar areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest service
• Conduct grooming checks and enforce appearance standards
• Monitor dining room safety, table availability, and guest satisfaction
• Complete inventories, requisitions, and storage checks (FIFO compliance)
• Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and hotel policies
• Open and close service areas, including equipment setup and cleaning
• Address maintenance issues and complete work orders as needed
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with special needs, and handle feedback professionally

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant food and beverage experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and physically active environments
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, and perform duties across full shifts
• Strong spoken and written communication in English
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
