What You'll Do

• Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally and courteously
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
• Utilize POS systems for order entry, billing, and cash-out procedures
• Reset tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and informing management when necessary
• Follow cash handling and credit card policies in compliance with accounting standards
• Stock workstations with condiments and supplies and polish silverware regularly
• Report guest feedback and any deviations from service standards to management
• Adhere to hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies
• Perform opening and closing side duties and assist other outlets during peak periods

Ideal Profile

• Proficiency in English; Russian language skills are an advantage
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Good understanding of F&B operations and product knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
