What You'll Do

• Greet and serve guests with warmth, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service
• Clear, set, and reset tables to maintain an inviting atmosphere
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and log issues for follow-up
• Execute cash handling and banking procedures accurately and securely
• Support stock control, equipment maintenance, and security measures in the restaurant
• Maintain service areas and equipment in line with operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food and beverage service role preferred
• Strong communication skills with a welcoming and professional personality
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude to changing tasks and schedules
• Passion for food and beverage with curiosity to learn more about products and service styles
• Basic organizational skills in restaurant operations
