• Clear, reset, and prepare tables to ensure a welcoming environment for guests
• Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly with a guest-focused attitude
• Handle guest complaints professionally, recording details for follow-up
• Execute cash handling and banking procedures accurately
• Support stock control, equipment maintenance, and security checks
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food and beverage service role preferred
• Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage guest needs efficiently
• Passion for food and beverages with curiosity to learn more about cuisine and service standards
• Basic organizational skills in a la carte restaurant operations
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
