The Role
The F&B Controller\'s responsibilities will include supporting the costing and internal audit functions in the Finance department regarding the company\'s both inflight and F&B operations. Also, to provide a clear picture of the F&B outlets performance through spot checks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform monthly spot checks at F&B various outlets and supports the control function. \xe2\x80\xa2 To Liaise with F&B team and guide them in controlling costs and establishing market competitive prices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform costings and pricing calculations for all the new business scenarios\' recipes and ingredients (Meals for air lines, business ventures etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform the month end closing in terms of cost of goods sold and investigate the differences between the actual and budgeted results and report the variances. \xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise the month end stock taking processes and report the differences to the stores team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely co-ordinate with Procurement team for the updating of all raw material prices in the systems, their justification with the sourcing and to maintain the costing database up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely liaison with the QA Team and monitor the wastages at the F&B terminals. \xe2\x80\xa2 To extract data from the system and generate different reports to enhance costing decision making.

Requirements

• Graduate of any Finance / Accounting related courses or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have 3-5 years relevant experience as F&B controller \xe2\x80\xa2 Has strong analytical and data management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Can start as soon as possible \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work on-site in Sharjah International Airport
