Slice, a vibrant Italian restaurant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations Upsell menu items and promote daily specials Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling payments Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and multitasking abilities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
