Job Description

We are hiring a committed and guest-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner. Accurately take and serve food and drink orders with efficiency. Set up and maintain tables according to established brand standards. Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about offerings. Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction. Keep the dining area tidy, organized, and clean at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Respond to guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Assist colleagues during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Basic understanding of F&B service procedures and guest etiquette. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Team player who stays composed in high-pressure situations. Keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality service. Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proficient in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
